Summary
A collection of 9 collage films (2001-2011) by Jay Rosenblatt. Based on a poem by Jeanne Marie Beaumont, Afraid so is a film about fear and anxiety. Phantom limb is a poetic documentary about grief and loss. Part document, part poem, I just wanted to be somebody is about Anita Bryant and her anti-gay campaign. With found footage Rosenblatt creates a collage about suicide in The darkness of day. Prayer is one response to 9/11. In The D train, an old man reflects on his entire life and how quickly it all goes by. A house cat dreams of her past lives in Nine lives: the eternal moment of now. Worm is a true story about an inexplicable childhood event. Way to your heart is a found footage rock video
