Summary
Six years ago, notorious serial killer Christopher Masters murdered four women over a frenzied fortnight in South West London. His last victim, Holly Kemp, was never found - until now. When Holly's remains are unearthed in a Cambridgeshire field, DC Cat Kinsella is called in for what should be an open-and-shut case. But immediately she has questions: Why was Holly buried so far away from the other victims? And why was her manner of death different? With Masters dead and few new leads, Cat has little to go on except her gut instinct, which is telling her that the real killer is still out there. But if you'd got away with murder, how far would you go to keep the past where it belongs?
