Summary
This series of images shows an area from from the confluence of the Albert River and the Logan River in the vicinity of Eagleby; and south to Ormeau; including Carbrook, Alberton, Stapylton, Gilberton, Woongoolba, Norwell, the Pacific Highway, and the South Coast Railway line. Image 20 shows the quarry at Stapylton. The photographs were taken from a vertical aspect at a height of 13,000 feet on 8 July 1964. The album includes a map of the area with place names highlighted to assist in identifying locations for each image.
