Summary
The agreements record the conditions under which the immigrant was to work for his or her sponsor. The certificates note the name, age, calling, native place, health, religion and education of the immigrant; the names of his or her parents; and the amount of bounty claimed. Included also are nominal lists of the immigrants, showing their name, age and calling, the number of their children, how the passage cost was defrayed; if they had been in quarantine, by whom they were engaged, and what their wages were
