Summary
BAFTA-winning director Dan Reed captures the daily battles between Haiti’s depleted police force and 4,500 escaped prisoners, who fled from jail on the night of the devastating earthquake which hit the country in January 2010. Police chief Mario Andresol is charged with the task of leading his men, of whom many are homeless, against the hardcore criminals, kidnappers and gang bosses who have attempted to regain control of the slums and tent cities where most Haitians live
