L. J. Hooker Limited developed land on the northern bank of Tallebudgera Creek, at Burleigh Heads, as Koala Park Estate. The Hooker Group then sold the land to Laurie Wall, at some time between 1958 and 1963. The estate visible in the aerial photograph on the reverse of the map, on the southern bank of Tallebudgera Creek, at Palm Beach, was named Tallebudgera Gardens Estate, and was also sold to Laurie Wall, at the same time as Koala Park Estate.
