Summary

Ethan met and fell in love with Anna while studying music in Europe. He married her and fully expected to grow old with her. They were young, life was good, and their faith in and commitment to each other came easily, as evidenced by the love notes Anna periodically left between the strings of Ethan's guitar. On their wedding day, Ethan promised to write a song for Anna. Fast forward to the present day. Reality has stepped into the idyllic happily-ever-after the couple had planned. Instead of composing hit songs, Ethan's working long hours to provide for his family. Heartache, tragedy and increased pressure at work intrude on their world and begin to erode the feelings that once came so easily and the love that seemed unshakable. Then, without warning, an accident lands Ethan at Anna's hospital bedside where he's forced to wait helplessly with only his memories and regrets for company. Is it too late to finish the love song he started writing for Anna on their wedding day?
