Summary
An investigation into a mystical Venezuelan cult that worships the spirits of dead Robin Hood style gangsters, amid a crime wave that the police seem unable to contain. In an ancient ceremony on the slopes of Quilbayo mountain, thousands of pilgrims converge to invoke the healing powers of ancestral spirits.
