Summary
Champion jockey Harry Radcliffe is forced to enter another deadly game when he finds the body of local prostitute Alice Goode. The prime suspect for her murder is ex-con Jake Smith. When Jake demands that Harry gets him off the hook by tracking down the real killer, Harry has no choice but to agree, not when the life of his estranged, pregnant wife Annabel is at stake -- as well as his own.
