Summary
The logs were cut in the Coomera district by William Sandercock. A blitz truck is being used to haul the logs. Ken Cooper and his son Des would help 'Sandy' Sandercock and the logs were sold to Bill Preece SnrThe Sandercock family lived halfway along Harley Street. Ballots were held for the purchase of land which sold for 18 pounds. The residents grew small crops which were often sold at Lands End
