"April 1994."The Special Residential zone allowed for the following types of development. (a) Units with the density of being fixed by Council anywhere between Residential A and Residential B, i.e. between 10 -40 per hectare. (b) Group title development within the same density range. (c) Single units, triplexes or any other variations on a group title basis within the same density range. (d) Detatched houses or duplexes of a free title lot of average 600m2 and a minimum of 400m2 (density = 16 units/hectare)
