Summary
L. J. Hooker Limited developed land on the northern bank of Tallebudgera Creek, at Burleigh Heads, as Koala Park Estate; and developed Tallebudgera Gardens Estate on the southern bank of Tallebudgera Creek, at Palm Beach.
