Summary

Can Dot and Dash's friendship survive when tragedy strikes? William, known as Dash to his best friend Dot, has been exploring the exciting new world of radio communication. Dorothy, known as Dot to her best friend Dash, loves learning new languages and dreams of exploring the world. When the best friends' families decide to leave their lives in Cornwall in hopes of a new start in New York, Dash sets sail first.
