Summary
Follows a head teacher of a tough London inner-city school that has students from a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities as she tries to get the GCSE pass rate up to the national average. Success will depend on getting some of the school's under-achievers, like Haji, to perform and she gives the Head of Humanities, the job of getting Haji back on track
