Summary
Callie Valentine Jones and her cousin Lovie have their work cut out for them. Callie's mama Ruby Nell has gone and entered herself and her dance partner in a Memphis mambo contest, hoping that they can shake, rattle and roll their way to stardom. What should have been a lighthearted romp becomes deadly serious when a serial monogamist in a bright pink gown does a swan dive from the top of a hotel. Then Callie finds an overdressed diva floating in a fountain, leaving little question that there's a murderer loose in Memphis. The killer is homing in on Ruby Nell, so with help from her ex and her delusional Bassett Hound, Elvis, Callie and Lovie are going to have to track down some answers if they want their family waltzing home in one piece
