Summary
Palmer Colonial was originally built by Nara Australia Pty Ltd. In 1992 the course opened as Paradise Springs Golf Course. Designed by Mitsuaki Kobayashi, The distinguishing feature of the course is the clubhouse. Designed by Alan Griffith Architects it is a colonial Queenslander style. The 39 hectare course was once a farmland, home to cows, weeds and bush and has been transformed into a 6,424 metre, par 72, championship layout.
